Our client, a dynamic and innovative leader in the Construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Ebbsfleet. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage customer emails and ensure timely processing.
Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Assist in the collection and analysis of customer feedback to drive improvements in service.

Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
